Jacqueline Pirtle Talks Every Thing WOMAN from Pooping to Living in her latest book entitled “What it Mean to Be A Woman & Yes, Women Do POOP!”

Disclosure: This book was gifted to me by Jacqueline Pirtle’s publishing company in exchange for my honest review. All views concerning this book are 100% my own.

I can always count on Jacqueline Pirtle‘s books to make me laugh, think differently, and get my energy aligned right. I have to say her latest book, “What It Means to Be A Woman,” made me laugh in the beginning. I was so glad that she put the Poop talk in the front because I had to hear her thoughts on this, even though I already knew somewhat about what she was referring too.

It took me back down memory lane to a relationship I was in at the time. While he was forgettable, the question he asked me was not. To this day I still think about what he said…

Do you ever pass gas? He asked questionably.

I’ve never heard you do it and just want to know if you ever do? The question came out of nowhere, seeing that his comfortability with our relationship garnered him to do it every moment he felt the need to release! Being the “good, understanding” woman, I was. It was okay, I said. “You can feel comfortable around me” words, in which I regret to this day that I gave him access to do.

Check out Jacqueline Pirtle’s First Book:

365 Day of Happiness – Because Happiness is a Piece of Cake

However, I didn’t know how to respond to his question. He really caught me off guard. “Yes, I do,” I stated somewhat embarrassingly. Oh, he said. I didn’t know you did things like that.

Uh, Yes! I do. It’s always when you’re not around or sleeping or those times when I sneak away to “go look at something” moments. Sorry ladies, if I gave away your secret. When I read what Jacqueline had to say about women POOPING. I was like YESSSSS!! Finally, someone is addressing the elephant in the room. Let’s get it out there, let’s talk about it! Poop is NOT a dirty word, although I understand why people would opt out of conversations discussing it. It’s funny because I asked a former best friend one day if she did it on a regular – Poop that is. I’m so happy Jacqueline decided to talk about this, which came by way of her overhearing some ladies discussing it and how men didn’t think women did it.

To the men out there that think we don’t ever do it? Trust me, if we didn’t. There would be some weird-looking women in the world, as a matter of fact, as Jacqueline states in her book, it’s quite a healthy thing to do. The smell is not fit for the nostrils, but trust me, your pipes are praising you every time you do it regularly! So, Yes – I’m happy to POOP!

I loved that point in the book, the other chapter I loved was “What is Your Purpose in this Physical Life.”

Everything that IS in your life, the good, the bad, the ugly. It is meant for you to allow as an expansion and receive like it is the grandest gift ever.

Jacqueline Pirtle, Author

I’m a HUGE fan of Purpose. While life can throw some pretty hard lemons, I firmly believe that we’re all here for a PURPOSE. The creator didn’t create you because he was bored and had nothing better else to do. NOOOO WAY! If you are here, breathing, living, and going about this life? You, my friend, are here ON Purpose to fulfill PURPOSE.

Our life is already predestined for us in a big pretty gift box. This box not only holds ALL the good in our lives, but it also has some not-so-good moments, failed attempts, and sad times. But it’s our gift, and no matter what it contains, it’s just like Kelly Clarkson sing, “What doesn’t kill you will make you stronger.” Our lives are only a testimony to help someone else who may be in the same boat.

Check out Jacqueline’s 2nd Book:

Parenting through the Eyes of Lollipops!

As Jacqueline states, each of our lives is unique and should be embraced by stating, “I love my life, I love myself, and I love what I’m doing. That last statement stands very accurately, especially on a job we dislike! I’ve said it a zillion times myself. However, I believe Jacqueline wants to convey that you’re a woman, one of the most powerful beings on the face of the planet. Own that, accept the challenges placed in front of US and RULE. After all, it’s in our being!

As always, Jacqueline doesn’t disappoint in this latest book. There are so many chapters in this book that will fit any and EVERY WOMAN. No matter your background, color, size, or status, you’re bound to find yourself somewhere amongst these beautiful chapters of love, energy, mindfulness, and yes, POOPING!

Jacqueline’s book “What it Means to Be A Woman & Yes, Women Do Poop! and all her other bestsellers are available everywhere books are sold.

Book Review: First Came Happiness, Then Comes Lollipops! Jacqueline Pirtle’s New Book Offers Up, Parenting Skills Using A Tasty Treat!

Featured Picture: Jacqueline Pirtle/Roshonda – B Creative

Disclosure: This book was gifted to me by Jacqueline’s publishing company in exchange for my honest review. All views concerning this book are 100% my own and not of anyone else’s.

I must say when I read the title of Jacqueline Pirtle’s new book ‘Parenting Through the Eyes of Lollipops’ I was a little taken back as I had no clue what the analogy behind the title truly meant. I mean, who doesn’t love lollipops! I definitely do….but as Jackie stated in her book, “She’s a little sneaky and she knows it!”

AND INDEED SHE IS…

Just as in her bestselling book “365 Days of Happiness,” Jacqueline is ALL about us feeling, sensing, smelling and tasting the things around us, whether they be objects such as a lollipop or breathing in the glorious air. Everything has an energy attached to it; we just have to open our arms, minds, and hearts to be aware of it.

This is how Jacqueline wants you to be when thinking about that lollipop and the meaning behind, I’m calling it first “her next bestseller”

“Lollipops have this incredible power to shift us to BE and live in a frequency of magic – because that is the energy they carry and the frequency they vibrate in.” Jacqueline Pirtle, Author – Parenting Through the Eyes of Lollipops

Do you have a bag of lollipops? Because these little, yet powerful rounds of candy on a stick is what Jacqueline recommends you take with you into a “family disagreement” or a tug of war battle between the kids. Give everyone a sucker, allow them to lick on it a couple of rounds and then – not at one time, talk it out. I would have NEVER in a million years thought to take a lollipop into a disagreement with my hormonal daughter or overzealous son, but it’s something I’m definitely going to try the next go-round!

So, the cats out the bag. Now that you know a little about that sneaky title, grab your lollipops and let’s dig into this parenting thing, if you’re like me, I’m sure you can use a self-help guide to give you some pointers about parenting (ESPECIALLY TEENAGERS!), yesssss…that’s my life right now.

Image: Bing

Even if you don’t have teenagers and you have little ones who are a year old, just starting school or even if they’re adults. Jacqueline has a chapter for it – even if you don’t have a child yet. The practices she teaches are from her own experience of being a Professor of Pirtle University (a university where she gained knowledge and lollipops from teaching her own kids).

I found Jacqueline’s book quite interesting as it’s not a book filled with “me” time locations and ideas for parents, whom are at their wits ends with their kids. However, it’s a book about parents actually listening and feeling the energy of their own child and giving them a space to be anxious and creative, while giving them a voice to be heard. This, in turn, takes the anxiety off of the parent and allows the children to just “BE” themselves.

“Let your children know, whether born or unborn that they too are wonderful and magnificent just as they are. Let them know that they are here in this life to “BE” themselves – nothing else.” Jacqueline Pirtle, Author – Parenting Through the Eyes of Lollipops

For instance and what I found to be greatly profound is when Jacqueline stated “That does not Matter!” what she meant by that? She meant; put an expiration date on what did or didn’t, should or shouldn’t have happened in your own childhood and focus on making “new and profound” memories with your children.

It’s so easy to think about our not so good childhood, I mean come’ on none of us if we’re truthful about it, had a perfect childhood – that just doesn’t exist. What Jacqueline is saying is to basically forget about it, you were given a second chance to make and do things right with your children and THAT should be the main focus, not what didn’t go right but what we as parents can do to make things better.

As she said it best —

Let is all go like old dirt blows off a car when driven forward with speed. Leave a BIG BLACK TIRE MARK that says ENOUGHHHH!!! Let it ALLLLL GOOOOOOOO!!!

Me Letting the Past Goooo…..Leaving Tire Marks!

Parenting through the eyes of Lollipops also encourages “chatting” – not the silent chat or chatter you have with your child about random things, but a chat ALOUD about EVERYTHING and making this a common practice in your and your child’s everyday life. So, if they want to talk to the air, the sun, the moon, the sky the plants or even the sidewalk – Just let them “BE!” By allowing your children the freedom to speak verbally to everything, it not only builds communication skills in my book but according to Jackie who’s also an energy healer – these things are energy, an energy that carries information and knowledge. Cool right?

Another thing that’s encouraged is the inability to quit saying “No” – I mean don’t get me wrong, “No” is good in its respective place but when your child asks can they do something, think about what they’re asking – if it’s not invoking harm, then say YES!

I have to admit, when my children were younger I said NO to everything – “Mom, can we go outside to play?” No! “Mom, can such and such come over?” No!!! “Mom, can we play water gun fight in the house? OH NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! And all of that was for good reason because I either didn’t want to go outside, felt like my house wasn’t good enough for their school friend to come over OR I definitely didn’t feel like cleaning or slipping on water….Hello!!! So, their asking was always a HUGE NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

However, Parenting through the eyes of Lollipops showed me that I was actually closing off my children’s creativity mode. Per Jacqueline’s book, she states that when children have ideas even when they are eyebrow lifting….find a solution to make the idea safe and make it work so the kids can still experience the importance of their idea. Our No’s are garnered by us either not wanting to do it or as Jacqueline stated, it comes from our own old beliefs and recordings of maybe when we were told no a lot as a child.

Jacqueline’s book offers 3 Pillars to Good Parenting and that’s:

  • The Harmonious Dance
  • It Is Never The Child
  • The Love Cycle of Parenthood

In each pillar Jacqueline discusses the importance of the parent becoming the student and the child becomes the teacher. There’s a lot we can learn from our children, they can teach us so many things only if we allow them to “BE” themselves and listen to them. In some respect, it’s not about having the power over them but allowing us to let go (when necessary) and allow them to be the soul beings they were created to be.

Jacqueline’s book “Parenting Through the Eyes of Lollipops” is another sweet, satisfying and soulful read by the author who challenges us all to think, feel, taste and smell the world around us. Whether you’re thinking about having kids or already raising some of your own, Jacqueline’s imagery of it all is well worth the read. Challenge yourself today to FEEL, TOUCH, SMELL, BREATHE & TASTE everything around you – including a Lollipop, in which as we’ve discovered is more than just a round sticky ball on top of a stick, it’s an energy piece that’s waiting to be explored, especially with your children…

I didn’t even touch all the greatness this book has to offer especially the chapters “Tweenhood & Teen hood” I couldn’t wait to get to this chapter…lol, “Feeling Good as My Highest Priority” & “Food Stories” but hey, that’s for good reason, I want you to grab a copy for yourself!! and oh by the way? Make sure you pick up a bag of lollipops as you read it! Jacqueline’s orders =)

Andd, this is not a wrap for this post – I’ll have an announcement soon, so be on the lookout!

Book Review: Jacqueline Pirtle says Getting to Happiness in 365 days, Is Literally a Piece of Cake!

Featured Image: Jacqueline Pirtle/Bing

Disclosure: This book was gifted to me by Jacqueline’s publishing company in exchange for my honest review. All views concerning this book are 100% my own and not of anyone else’s.

Jacqueline Pirtle’s book, “365 Days of Happiness” is a real sweet tooth and I mean, literally! after just reading the first two pages, my energy arose, my vibrations began to rumble on the inside of me and I immediately reached over and grabbed the oatmeal cream pie  I brought along with me as I knew I was in for a treat….where was this feeling coming from.?

Had I just awakened my own Happiness??

In Pirtle’s self-help guide she speaks of Happiness as a person, a companion, a lover and friend in whom you have chosen to spend the rest of your life with. Pirtle, who’s widely known as a freaky healer is also a Mindfulness and Happiness coach. Trust me when I say, you’ll be able to feel her energy as well as her enthusiasm as she takes you step-by-step each day into an incredible session of discovering your own happiness all while guiding you into an energy realm of consciousness. Pirtle teaches you how to pay attention to your own energy vibrations. Pirtle believes in the law of attraction and therefore believes that everyone is and has positive energies inside of them that’s just waiting to be tapped into.

Okay, now I know that was a little deep but honestly, Pirtle’s book is a delight! You’ll have to read it for yourself to get served dinner, I’m just giving you an appetizer of what’s to come or I guess I should say, a little dessert before the main course. This is not just a book that tells you want happiness is, this is a powerful book that pushes and challenges you to act upon happiness. Pirtle asks you to do simple gestures to help you dig up your happiness (should it be buried), shake hands with it, get to know it and have candid conversations with it.

“365 Days of Happiness” will cause you to look deep within your heart, mind, soul and body for answers. As each plays a dynamic part in our happiness. While you may think this is a book for adults; it’s simple, short and yet transforming steps can be used for the entire family, children included. Pirtle makes this evident on day 82 when she asks that you allow your children to enjoy their treats such as ice cream consciously by really taking time to feel, taste and experience its coldness and how it affects our senses.

“Not only will they think it’s fun, they will also learn a lot about themselves and be more grounded because of it”

Jacqueline Pirtle – 365 Days of Happiness

I love how at the end of each step, Pirtle states “This is Happiness” reminding us that happiness while simple in statement is BIG, BOLD and EASY to discover if we’d give it a chance. There were so many steps that I loved, could relate too and brought out new discoveries within myself that I hadn’t known was there, such as fully looking at myself in a mirror (in which I’d been afraid to face in the past) and feel the words “I Love all of ME!” Yes. I’ve said these words before, but I’ve never felt them, breathed them nor tasted what these words truly meant….until this book in which now made me whisper these words with great intent and action. I realized I failed these words in the past when I chose to see myself differently than what I projected.

So, you might ask or have asked. What is happiness? & How must one obtain it. Well, Happiness is indeed a process no worries, as Pirtle will be by your side, every step of the way, every day for 365 days pushing you, coaching you and healing you throughout. Oh and by chance should you feel the need to pick up a little something sweet half way thru? Do It! because as Pirtle states: “Happiness is truly a piece of cake”

You can get your slice by picking this book up today! Your mind, body, soul and sweet tooth will thank you later! “365 Days of Happiness” is available for sale on Amazon or you can download the “365 Days of Happiness” eBook for free here:http://freakyhealer.com/free-book
