Hi there I am so glad I found your blog, I really found you by accident, while I was searching on Digg for something else, Anyways I am here now and would just like to say cheers for a fantastic post and a all round entertaining blog (I also love the theme/design), I don’t have time to look over it all at the minute but I have bookmarked it and also added in your RSS feeds, so when I have time I will be back to read a great deal more, Please do keep up the superb work.

There are a lot of websites out there and most of them are negative, here – I like to focus on the positive things and talk about how we as individuals can become better or even how to battle negativity! While we won’t be able to dismiss it from our lives forever, there are steps we can take to keep it at bay and it starts with us.
